Brian Cerve

President

Brian Cerve began working with GMRS in 1992 at the Marathon,
FL location as an interviewer. Brian has worked in nearly every role within the
company. This experience helps solve our customers’ most demanding needs.  

During his employment, he has learned many business
applications, computer repair, operating systems, network administration, and
telephony. GMRS’ training flexibility and options have enabled him to gain
immeasurable knowledge. 

His software training includes CfMC’s Mentor and Survent,
CCM, and Foxpro. His education includes an AS degree in networking from Brevard
Community College and a BS degree in Information Systems Technology from the
University of Central Florida. He also has certifications from Cisco,
Microsoft, and CompTIA. When not working he enjoys time with his family as well
as focusing on his interests in electronics, Trail Life, and his church. 

Carrie Cerve

Vice President

Carrie began her journey with GMRS in 1998 as a trainer, where her gift for teaching was solidified. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Education from the University of Central Florida and later taught at a local middle school. Since 2004, Carrie has been serving the local homeschool community as an evaluator and advisor, offering support and encouragement to families with their educational endeavors. Having homeschooled her own children, she brings both personal experience and professional insight to her work. Carrie continues to share her passion for teaching through her involvement with several nonprofit organizations in her hometown of Melbourne.

Carrie has rejoined the GMRS team with a renewed excitement for connecting with others. She’s thrilled to once again be part of the work community where her journey first began.

Lisa Straney

Director of Operations & Compliance

Lisa Straney began her journey with GMRS in 1995 as an
interviewer. After completing college and exploring various career paths, she
returned to GMRS in 2010 as a supervisor. With a BAS in Business Management
under her belt, Lisa advanced to become the Director of Operations and
Compliance. In her current role, she oversees the company’s day-to-day
operations, manages client relations, and ensures projects are completed
successfully, consistently meeting client expectations. 

A proud Floridian from Melbourne, Lisa now shares her home
with her beloved pup, Levi and family. Lisa proudly wields her geek card like a
lightsaber—she’s a huge Star Wars fan, an avid gamer, and a Disney lover. A
follower of Christ, Lisa cherishes her faith and gives back to her community by
volunteering at the local jail as a teacher and supporting organizations that
assist the homeless. She has a passion for Mexican food (especially tacos) and
treasures spending quality time with her nieces and nephew. 

Adriana Tavares

Senior Programmer and Project Manager

Adriana “Ali” Tavares holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali, Colombia. She has been with Global Marketing Research in Atlanta since 1993, starting as a telephone researcher and later expanding her expertise to include survey-related computer programming. 

Ali’s professional background spans Marketing Research, Advertising, Public Relations, Statistics, Customer Service, Staff Coordination, and Problem Solving. She has managed research projects for both political and corporate clients and is highly skilled in programming tabulations for research and polling. Additionally, Ali has extensive training in Enghouse (formerly Survox/CfMC) programming for CATI interviewing. 

Fluent in Spanish, Ali is fully proficient in speaking, reading, and writing the language. 

A long-time resident of Johns Creek, GA, Ali has been an active member of her community for over 20 years. She dedicates a significant amount of her time volunteering with the St. Vincent de Paul Ministry at her local Catholic Church.  

Molly Adams

Senior Project Manager

Ms. Adams has over 20 years experience in virtually every aspect of quantitative market research data collection, 16 of those years with GMRS; from hands on field supervision and office management, to project management, computer programming and data processing. Molly has a proven record of excellence in a wide variety of market research projects varying from political polling to surveys for business and consumer products and services.

Client satisfaction is always the number one priority. She is always available for in person consultations by appointment to coordinate any of her client’s project needs.

An Akron, Ohio native, Molly has been enjoying Southern living since relocating to Atlanta from Los Angeles in 1990. Molly currently lives with her family and pets in West Georgia.

Praveen Korra

Project Manager

Praveen Korra is a Project Manager and Data Analyst at Global Marketing Research Services (GMRS) in Melbourne, FL. With a Master’s in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he brings a strong technical and analytical skill set to his role.

Praveen specializes in data analysis, programming, and project management, with expertise in Java, Python, R, and other technical tools. He is also passionate about entrepreneurship and has experience in startups and business development.

In his free time, Praveen enjoys exploring nature and outdoor activities.

Asia Todd

Human Resources Director

Asia started as a phone interviewer in 2004 and then became a supervisor. Her role involved, and she later became call center manager. She currently handles the work-from-home recruitment process and various management responsibilities. Asia is born and raised in Melbourne, FL. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, and watching Netflix.

Cheryl Bouvier

Hiring and Trainer Manager

I joined GMRS in August 2015, beginning my journey in the call center as an interviewer. By February 2016, I was promoted to supervisor. In 2017, my role expanded to include hiring, training, and monitoring. I truly enjoy the atmosphere and the wonderful people at GMRS, where we have a close-knit, family-like environment. Outside of work, I love spending time with my adult children, friends, and my grand dog Levi. When I have some rare downtime, I enjoy binge-watching shows on Netflix.

Anthony Diana

Strategic Partner

Anthony Diana is a marketing and business development manager with over 20 years of experience in various areas, including market research, property management, food services/restaurant, entertainment promotions, and film/professional photography. His qualifications even extend to natural disasters and public insurance adjusting.

Over the years, Anthony has continuously developed professionally by completing numerous courses in management-oriented applications of computer systems, marketing, business, quantitative and qualitative research, recruiting methods, and ethnic research implications in these ever changing times.

Throughout his career, Anthony has developed an expertise in marketing planning, business development, plans/programming, budgeting/funding and personnel management.

Anthony’s responsibilities include the areas of marketing strategy development, business development plans, funding/budgeting approaches, and organizational structures. His work concentrates on emerging approaches to optimum data collection and dissemination.
