THIS PRIVACY POLICY DISCLOSES THE INFORMATION PRACTICES OF GLOBAL MARKET RESEARCH SERVICES, LLC. RELATING TO OUR WEBSITE, WEB SURVEYS, TELEPHONE SURVEYS, DATA COLLECTION AND ANY OTHER METHOD OF INTERACTING WITH US.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING THE PRIVACY OF ALL THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OUR CLIENTS AND FROM OUR RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS. THIS POLICY WAS CREATED TO COMPLY WITH PRIVACY ACT OF 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552A, THE PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION AND ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS ACT, AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT LEGISLATION. 

Client Information

We treat all information we receive from our clients as confidential. We do not use any information for any other purpose other than fulfilling our obligations.  We keep all information secure through the use of firewalls, encryption and building security preventing unauthorized access. 

Research Participant Information

All responses to our research are kept completely confidential. We collect data during our interview with participants that are voluntarily given. The data that is collected is used for research purposes only and will not be used for sales in any way.  We do not rent, sell or give personal information to any third party.

We do not conduct any surveys with children under the age of 18 without consent from a parent, or guardian.

Our Opt Out Policy

Research participants can place their telephone number on our internal Do Not Call List at any time by speaking to an interviewer or by using our online web form found at https://bit.ly/4gfauX8; any phone number that is added to this list is removed within 24 hours and removed from all future campaigns.

Compliance

As members of the Insights Association, American Association for Public Opinion Research, American Association of Political Consultants and American Marketing Association, we strive to model our policies according to their guidelines.  We are also governed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Federal Communications Commission. Legal Obligations
